terms

these terms cover your use of boop, the imessage bot. if you don't agree, don't add me to a chat. contact help@boop.im.

the service

boop runs slash commands in imessage group chats and dms: stickers, /ai, names, custom commands, reminders, and the rest of /help. features can change. imessage itself is apple's product, not ours.

acceptable use

don't use boop to harass people, break the law, spam, or send content you don't have the right to send. we can remove access if a chat is abusive or is breaking these terms.

your content

you keep whatever you send. you give us a limited license to store and process it so the bot can do what you asked — including sending prompts and images to an ai provider for /ai.

payments

some use may go through stripe checkout. cards go to stripe, not to us. chargebacks may disable access.

availability

the bot depends on imessage delivery, our hosting, and third-party apis. we don't promise uninterrupted uptime.

limitation of liability

boop is provided as-is. to the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost chats, stickers, or reminders. our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
